IMPORTANT: Delegate passes are for one person. A name change can be made in advance of the conference but passes CANNOT be shared.

In registering, delegates agree that they attend the event at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with all COVID-related regulations, both government and corporate. In the event of dispute, all parties accept that the Terms and Conditions shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.

GLOBAL ARC Delegate Cancellation Policy: Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate from your company is welcome to replace you at no extra cost, on condition that details of the substitute delegate are provided in writing at least 72 hours in advance of the event. Delegate cancellations will not be entitled to a refund nor to a credit note for future events. In registering, delegates acknowledge and accept that no exceptions will be made to this delegate cancellation policy on any grounds, including, but not limited to: delegate's inability to attend due to acts of terrorism, industrial disputes, personal or family emergencies, disruptions caused by weather, natural calamities, infectious diseases or other acts of God. Global ARC, therefore, recommends that prospective delegates arrange appropriate insurance cover.

GLOBAL ARC Cancellation/Postponement Policy: In the event of Global ARC being cancelled for any reason, delegate passes with automatically be transferred to the next event. Neither Global ARC nor its associated companies or its employees accept responsibility for travel and/or accommodation cost or consequential losses incurred by prospective delegates as a result of any such cancellation. Global ARC, therefore, recommends that prospective delegates arrange appropriate insurance cover.

**Institutional Investor Participation: Institutional Investor registration rates are solely for the use of full-time employees of not-for-profit pension plans, foundations, endowments, the investment arms of insurance firms, large single-family offices (with a minimum of USD 250M aum) or sovereign wealth funds. Please note that institutional investor board members, investment managers, fund of funds managers, Outsourced Chief Investment Officers (OCIOs), wealth managers, pension consultants, multi-family offices or service provider clients do not qualify for the institutional investor registration rate. In the case of dispute, Global ARC retains the final right to determine which organizations qualify as institutional investors.

Global ARC reserves the right to alter this program, including dates without notice and to refuse registrations from any organisation or individual deemed by Global ARC to be incompatible with the event. Global ARC is closed to all media and press.
